Our
academy decided to start using the on-line registration process for
one of our national-level meetings. We were referred to World Wide
Web Wizards from another association that used Marty for their on-line
registrations. Well, I am hear to report nothing but rave reviews!
Not only was Marty and World Wide Web Wizards efficient, prompt and
paid attention to all the details, he is so easy to talk to. So many
times you can talk with"computer people" and you feel like you are
conversing with a lifeless, techno-wall that is making no effort to
come to you, the consumer's level. On the contrary with Marty; he
was very personable and took the time to explain what he could do
for us in layman's terms without making me feel stupid.

To Whom It May Concern:
RE: Marty Golden
Wells Fargo recently held a very high-profile three-day branch manager
educational conference. Over 1500 employees attended, including not
only branch managers, but also several levels of senior management
including the CEO, Vice Chairmen, and Region and Division Managers.
The conference was a huge success!
A team of professional meeting planners, each with responsibility
for a section of the program, worked together to produce the conference.
Marty Golden joined the team to manage all aspects of the registration
process. His responsibilities included creating the registration database,
managing the RSVP and data entry process, coordinating and tracking
attendees flight arrangements with our travel department, supervising
the "war room" question/problem phone lines, producing multiple
reports for other planners as needed, working with the hotel registration
department, and organizing and managing Wells on-site registration.
Marty was given complete discretion in the development and execution
of the registration process. He demonstrated not only considerable
expertise in database building, but as importantly, strong customer
service, supervision and management skills. He is very detail oriented.
He has the ability and flexibility to coordinate multiple assignments
and set priorities. He works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
And he possesses that wonderful trait of keeping his sense of humor
at all times, which makes the work environment of those around him
pleasant. Thanks to Marty's superb organizational skills, and to the
quality and accuracy of his work, our on-site registration was almost
flawless.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with Marty again in the
future. And I very highly recommend him for similar responsibilities.
